The two-part syringe does not use the rubber tip on the plunger to create a vacuum seal. Instead, it uses a precision-engineered and slightly oversized plunger tip that expands the barrel and creates a vacuum as it draws down.
The two-part syringe is made of a polypropylene barrel and polyethylene plunger and requires no lubricant to work. They are ideal for applications where no foreign substances, such as silicone oils, could interfere with the desired results.
